Stacey Hinterlong

I received my Bachelors of Science in the fields of Insurance & Finance from Illinois State University.  Also received my MBA from there in Marketing and Leadership Communication.  My roles have been on the sales management, business development, and marketing side of things with various insurance carriers in the Chicagoland area.  I have a passion for continuing education and consider myself an "insurance nerd".  My designationsinclude CIC, CPCU and ARe.  I am very involved in the insurance community, holding board positions on the DuPage IIA of IL (treasurer), 1752 Club (Officer at Large), and CPCU Northwest Chapter (VP).

Ann Pechloff

I have been in the insurance industry for 40 years in August.  I like to say that over the years I have done everything other than claims.  I earned my masters in training in 2017, CPCU in 2018 and ARM in 2019.  I have been with Aon since 2007 and I am a corporate trainer. One of my responsibilities is to onboard new hires, I feel it is my job to get the new hires excited about working in the insurance industry as well as working at Aon.  They are the industries present and future, I am proud to have some part is sharing my passion for the industry.

I grew up in Wauwatosa, WI. In 1980, I graduated from UW- Madison with a degree in Management. I moved to the Chicago area and started my insurance career. I am currently with Community Association Underwriters of America, Inc. (CAU Insurance), a program for community associations. My territory is IN, IL, WI and MN. I earned the Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in 2010.

After earning my CPCU in 1989, I was inspired to teach Insurance courses. In 1990 I started teaching INS 21, 22 & 23 through the Insurance School of Chicago until it closed. I currently teach continuing education webinars through AD Banker & Co.

Lisa Lugenbill

I received my BA in Communications from Aurora University in 2002.  I worked in real estate for several years before starting my claims career in 2008 with Sedgwick.  I’ve held several positions within the company, most recently managing work comp programs as a Client Services Manager.  I obtained my CPCU designation in 2016, celebrating Conferment in Hawaii.  I have been an active member of the Chicago Northwest Suburban CPCU Chapter.

Cathy LaPorte

Cathy began her career in commercial banking.  She has subsequently held positions in audit and treasury.  Cathy has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, largely in Financial roles at Zurich NA.  In 2008, she earned her MBA from DePaul University and in 2016 her CPCU designation.  Three years ago, she moved into a Risk Management position and is currently responsible for risk reporting.

Cathy joined her local Chapter in 2016 and has enjoyed serving as a Board member since 2020. She is currently wearing two hats in the Chapter as the Secretary and Marketing & Communications Director.

RoseAnne Caboor

RoseAnne received a BS in Management from Northeastern Illinois University.  She began an insurance career at Liberty Mutual as an underwriter and later moved to Kemper Insurance also as an underwriter. Seeking a change, RoseAnne switched to Product Training and Development for 4 years before moving to the Broker side working for Assurance/ MarshMMA as a Senior Account Manager.  RoseAnne completed the CPCU designation in 2016 and attended commencement in Hawaii.  RoseAnne joined the chapter board of directors in January 2017.  She is currently the membership director for our chapter and also serves on the National Membership Committee.

Susan Stone-Janczewski

Susan has been in the insurance industry since 1990, starting in an agency in Denver, CO. After returning to IL in 1993 she worked at an agency in Oak Park, had a brief stint at Fireman's Fund and then worked at another agency in Elgin. She was a Senior Marketing Rep.for Mercury Insurance for 17 years before joining State Auto as a Territory Manager November 15, 2021. She earned her CPCU in 2012 and has had the pleasure of serving the Chicago Northwest Suburban CPCU as a board member and now Past President. She's  active in IL 1752 Club, and serving as IL District 1 Cottey College Committee Representative for P.E.O., and an Ambassador of Hope for Albums of Hope.

Patrick J. Barrick

I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Business Administration.  I worked in the IT department in various industies.  I started my career in Insurance in 2002 with Zurich Insurance in the IT separtment supporting the Underwriting area.  I started my CPCU journey as a way of learning more about the business in support of large transformtional projects.  I obtained my CPCU designation in 2020.  I joined the Northwest CPCU Society Chapter in 2021.
